Departed

Predictable. Sedated. Still.

An image in motion.

Subtle. Wandering. Wondering.

Lies, Love. Despire.

He rose to fall.

In-animatedly he cluttered

Maths solved his problem.

He watched.

Night came. Looked at him in awe.

Uninvited, he left. A new dawn.

Stared. Uninspired, he looked away.

And turned to night again.

Jumbled in the jigsaw

he found a part of him.

A fragment of his soul

Lying unattended.

The sign on the door

read Restricted Entry.

He forced himself, in vain

The door was himself.

  5. Good Aag. The soul is like that. Yearning for something….that is why people say Rest in Peace? ha ha….just making the serious thought given by you in the form of a crisp poem a little lighter…:)
